This was an unexpected trip so we booked last minute. I wasn’t sure of the total number of guests due to other out of town family’s arrangements but they worked with us and allowed us to change the total without any issues. We also were able to have family that did not stay come over for breakfast one morning and had plenty of room for everyone. Any questions were promptly answered and great open communication with the host. I will definitely book this place again should I have to come back to this area. Everything was very clean and well arranged.

The Newland property was super cozy and perfectly located. It was close to our family and only about a 30-minute drive to downtown Chicago. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our almost week-long stay, which made it feel comfortable and stress-free.
Our host, Lily, was wonderful to work with, she was friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

I stay in so many BnB's that I rarely write reviews anymore. This home was a welcome exception to the normal. High quality items throughout the house. The kitchen was excellent to cook out of. We didn't even have to roll out trash cans. We just saw them at the street one day and put away the next. You almost forget you're in Chicago while staying at the home. Highly recommend. Would have loved to stay longer.

Absolutely loved staying at Lily's place. The house was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had a party of 6 and had plenty of room as well. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Tinley park area.
