Welcome to charming Brookfield Breakaway, located in Brookfield IL. This home is close to many great attractions, such as Brookfield Zoo and Galloping Ghost Arcade. The home features a modern open concept with perfect pop up colors! MAIN FLOOR The welcoming open concept on the main floor features a livingroom and diningroom with a large dining table to host family and friends throughout your stay. As you walk the main floor, the natural light creates a warm and enlightening vibe. Don't worry about privacy! The windows are each equipped with blinds and curtains. The kitchen is fully furnished with a coffee bar, pots and a chic breakfast bar. The fridge has a water dispenser, perfect for riding your bike on the local trails of the Cook County Forest Preserves. The living room has a designated work area with a desk. UPPER LEVEL The upper level has three bedrooms each with a king sized bed. For your convenience, all of the bedrooms have closets. BATHROOMS There is one bathroom located on the same level as the three bedrooms This bathroom does include a tub. The second bedroom is located in the basement with a shower. LOWER LEVEL The lower level includes a king size bed and sofa bed. This area of the home has an air hockey table and skee ball machine- perfect arcade room! You could easily convert this into its own suite; there’s a door for extra privacy. PARKING This house has a two car garage that can be used while you stay. BACKYARD There is a partially fenced backyard that gives you privacy and a lounging area for your enjoyment SHOPPING The Quarry Shopping Center is 10-15 minutes away. We had a great time staying at Blaine's place. It perfectly fit us as a family of 5 plus 2 friends. It was also close to where were visiting and easily accessible. The kids loved the game room downstairs, and the fact that there were TV's in the bedrooms. Bonus points for snow already on the ground and then more during our stay 😂

Easy to deal with. Place clean and dropped off extra blankets when we asked. All features were as expected and a very easy house to be in for a family. However, I felt that for the price , there was unnecessary haggling for early check out ( 1 hour $50) and for a place which has 4 bedrooms , we had to pay extra for 6 people and a child. That seemed unnecessary.. unless that’s the normal policy.

The house has a great set up for a family with multiple ages and the downstairs suite with the game room is definitely a feature of the house. The house was clean and as advertised. We would look to book again on our trips back to Chicago.

Centrally located in a quiet Brookfield neighborhood close to restaurants both walkable or a short Uber ride into downtown La Grange where the food options are endless. There is a movie theater and brew pub among other offerings. The host Blaine was amazing. Provided easy check-in and check-out instructions and always available. Blaine thank you again for being a great host.

As we were completing the final stages of our home remodel, this house served as a perfect temporary residence. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we could have needed and provided a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.
